Dan is a blockchain visionary who is passionate about utilizing innovative technology trends to help solve complex problems and respond to changing market conditions. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of DMG Blockchain Solutions (TSXV-DMGI) from 2016 until March 2021 when he left DMG to launch TerraZero Technologies. Dan believes the Metaverse is the next significant evolution to occur as a result of blockchain technology, and BIGG’s companies (TerraZero, Netcoins and Blockchain Intelligence) are well suited for this evolution.

Kim, founder of Golden Reign, is a Certified General Accountant with extensive experience in both the junior mining sector and the corporate securities industry. Ms. Evans has 25 years of experience as a director and/or officer, working with a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
